Professional assistance with Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) contractor registration for all grades from Level 1 to Level 9.
Our Administration Fee
- Level 1 (Grade 1): Fixed fee of R1,500.00
- Levels 2 to 9: Price quoted after assessment of your financial statements and track record

The amount above is our administration fee only. You (the client) are responsible for paying all official CIDB fees directly to the CIDB. These fees vary by grade and class of works.

What We Do

Grade 1 is the entry level and has no financial or track-record requirements.
Grades 2–9 require proof of completed projects and financial capability (we assess these before quoting).
Typical Documents Required
- CIPC company registration documents
- Certified IDs of all directors/members
- SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN)
- CSD registration (MAAA number)
- Proof of business address
- Bank confirmation letter
- For Grades 2–9: Audited / independently reviewed financial statements + completed project track record (Letters of Award, Completion Certificates, etc.)
Turnaround Times
- Grade 1: Usually activated within 48 working hours after successful submission and payment of CIDB fees
- Grades 2–9: Approximately 21 working days (provided all documents are complete and compliant)
