We handle all types of company changes and reinstatements with CIPC professionally and accurately.
Our Service Fee: R890
This covers preparation, submission, follow-up and delivery of documents.
Important – CIPC Government Fees are NOT included
The client must pay the official CIPC fees separately. These fees will be confirmed before we proceed.

Note on Reinstatements:
When a company has been deregistered, the client must also pay all outstanding Annual Returns (with late penalties) and Beneficial Ownership filings. These amounts vary depending on how many years the company was non-compliant and the company’s turnover.
What’s Included in our R890 service fee:
- Preparation of all required forms and supporting documents
- Submission to CIPC
- Follow-up until the amendment or reinstatement is finalised
- Updated company documents provided to the client
Documents Usually Required:
- Certified ID copies of directors
- Relevant resolutions / consent forms
- Proof of address (if applicable)
- For Reinstatements: Bank statements, proof the company was active, and other supporting evidence as required by CIPC
Turnaround Time:
5–21 working days (depending on the type of application and CIPC processing times).
