An Independent Review provides limited assurance on your Annual Financial Statements. It is less intensive and more cost-effective than a full audit, yet still meets the requirements of the Companies Act for many private companies.

Ideal for:
Companies with a Public Interest Score (PIS) between 100 and 349, or companies that prefer independent assurance without the higher cost of an audit.
Important:
The financial statements must already be compiled (or we can prepare them separately). Final fee may be adjusted after assessment of complexity.
